Gold Stars All Round

We’re very proud to have retained the maximum 3-star Food Made Good rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA). In 2018 CH&CO became the most diverse contract caterer to achieve the rating and since then we have increased our score from 70 to 74%.

The Food Made Good Rating is the world’s largest and most comprehensive measure of sustainability in food service, that shows our customers we’re passionate about serving great quality food in a way that doesn’t cost the earth. The rating is based on a holistic assessment of our business, covering 10 focus areas that consider society, sourcing, and environmental practices.

We fish sustainably

97% of our fish is sourced from 3-rated fish as set by the Marine Conservation Society.

Green deliveries

Green deliveries, reducing emissions

We’ve overhauled our supply chain to make a fundamental difference to our emissions.

We are officially good eggs!

We’ve been awarded the Good Egg award by Compassion in World Farming, which means you can be reassured that all our eggs are ethically sourced.

At Host Olympia London we believe in taking a sustainable approach to the sourcing, preparation, and presentation of dishes, to ensure our food fuels the body and makes people feel good.

It would have been all too easy to have taken our eye off our sustainability responsibilities but that wouldn’t have been the right thing to do...

Please take a look at our Planet Report which has been created by our parent company CH&CO.
